Lane E. Faison Lane co-founded Copeley Capital in 2003 and is responsible for managing the firm’s investment activities. Prior to founding Copeley, Lane was a Vice President at Blue Point Capital Partners where he was primarily involved in the execution and monitoring of control investments in middle market businesses. Lane’s background includes principal investments in building products, industrial textiles, heavy duty truck accessories, chemical distribution and healthcare services businesses. Lane received a M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.A. from Rollins College. Lane currently sits on the board of Roll-Rite Holdings LLC, Badger Land Holdings, LLC, EMSMC Holdings, Inc, and Champion ONE Technologies, LLC. |

William Z. Lunsford (Bill) Bill co-founded Copeley Capital in 2003 and is responsible for managing the firm’s investment activities. Prior to founding Copeley, Bill was a Principal with Keystone Capital, Inc. where he was responsible for the execution and management of investments in lower middle market companies. Bill’s background includes investments in analytical instrumentation, high-technology manufacturing, food processing, material handling, components for paper processing, heavy duty truck accessories, car wash equipment and supplies, and healthcare services. Bill received a M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. Bill currently sits on the board of Roll-Rite Holdings LLC, Badger Land Holdings, LLC, EMSMC Holdings, Inc, Champion ONE Technologies, LLC, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Charlotte. |

Richard P. Jones, Jr. (Rich) Rich joined Copeley in 2004 and is a vice president with the firm. Rich’s responsibilities include supporting the investment and portfolio management efforts of the firm. Prior to joining Copeley, Rich was a financial analyst with McColl Partners, a middle market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions of middle market companies. Prior to McColl Partners, Rich worked as a Financial Analyst with Stern Stewart & Co., a consulting firm specializing in the measurement and creation of shareholder wealth. Rich’s background includes principal investing or advisory services in health care services, payment processing services, database management, automation technologies, and chemical distribution. Rich received a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and management. Rich currently sits on the board of EMSMC Holdings, Inc and Champion ONE Technologies, LLC. |

Brian M. Kohn Brian joined Copeley in 2010 and is responsible for supporting the investment and portfolio management efforts of the firm. Prior to joining Copeley, Brian was a financial analyst with McColl Partners, where he focused on executing mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, and strategic advisory work for middle market companies. Brian's background includes advisory services in branded consumer products, education and corporate training, healthcare services, clean technology, building products, and network marketing. Brian received a B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia with a concentration in finance. |

Catherine McLester, Controller Catherine joined Copeley in 2007. Prior to joining Copeley, Catherine was a Tax Manager with Deloitte Tax, LLP in Charlotte. During the five years prior to joining Copeley, Catherine served partnership and corporate clients in the manufacturing and real estate industries. Catherine received a BS/MS in Accountancy from Wake Forest University and is a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina. |

Sandra Lopez, Office Manager Sandra joined Copeley in 2004 and is responsible for coordinating and executing the office’s administrative duties. Prior to joining Copeley, Sandra worked as an office assistant for four years with JP Morgan Partners, a private equity division of JP Morgan, and for four years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global consulting firm. During her time with Booz Allen, she worked for two years in the president’s office. |
